How do I start?

What services do you offer?
We offer a range of services including private home appraisal needs, including pre-listing appraisals, hard money appraisals, estate appraisals, tax appraisals, and divorce appraisals.
What is the appraisal process?
When you call for a quote, we will ask about the specific needs for the appraisal and all important dates relevant to the scope of work. You will be sent an engagement letter with all of these details and once this is signed, the appraiser will schedule a site visit to see the property being appraised. The appraiser will then write the report and deliver electronically.
What areas do you serve?
We cover all of Central Florida, including Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties. We are located in Lake Nona, in Orlando, Florida.
